In light of stroller recalls, I think this post is needed. I love my stroller – there, I said it. I’ve loved all 4 strollers that I’ve owned in just over a year since having Sophia, but this particular one is hands-down my favorite. One thing people need to understand is that just because it’s expensive and “high end”, doesn’t always mean it’s of the best quality, or that it will suit your family or your specific needs.
That being said, I wish this stroller was in stores when I was registering at Babies R’Us before I had my daughter. It has the qualities of a higher end stroller, without the high end price tag.
Insert the Graco Modes Click Connect Stroller, in Onyx.
It’s awesome! It looks simple, but does so much. You don’t need a different seat or a cot. You don’t need to take the seat out to close it.
YES. You read correctly. A Graco stroller that has a reversible seat? That turns into a frame stroller? That has a huge storage basket underneath? Maybe I should start using my bullets now 😉
Designed for children up to 50 lbs.
One-handed standing fold with an automatic storage latch for simple transport and storage.
Cup holder for parents with a compartment and a cup holder with tray for baby.
5-point harness that can be changed into a 3-point harness.
Seat can be removed and can fit any Graco Click Connect Car Seat.
They even came out with a matching car seat! Bummer you have to buy it separately, but they have other patterns that come in a travel system.
**ALSO! If you have a Graco CLASSIC connect car seat, it fits as well! You just can’t use the ‘frame only’ option. The car seat sits snuggly into the seat of the stroller itself. I have this one, and it fits, and matches too! I clearly have a “things must match” problem. It’s the Graco Snugride 30 Infant Car Seat in Metropolis.
The 3 position footrest grows with baby, and even encloses with fabric to turn the seat into a bassinet for infants.
I used the bassinet option until Sophia was over 7 months old! It lays almost flat so it’s perfect for naps! It kept her feet covered from the sun when we were out for walks, and kept her warm in the cooler months when it was more breezy out.
The removable tray makes getting them in and out a breeze – especially when they get too heavy to lift!
Here are some pictures of it fresh out of the box 🙂

Best part? It’s Sophia-approved!
